IERegFix.exe  : Picture Publisher 10 3rd Party Software Patch. This EXE file will 
                resolve problems with 3rd party software (like Internet Explorer), 
                not running properly under Windows, when Picture Publisher 10 
                is installed.
MPPUpdate.zip : Picture Publisher 10 Professional patch. For 32-bit Windows 2000, XP
                or later ONLY! This patch changes how Picture Publisher interacts with
                a specific Microsoft DLL. Please read text file below for 
                more information.
